About the Role

Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team positively. Whether supporting residents with mobility, assisting at the end of life, or communicating with families, you will always act with kindness.

In addition to assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administer medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with your team are key responsibilities.

Experience
Ideally completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care with experience in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Experience leading a team of Care Assistants is beneficial.

Qualifications
Prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent. Level 2 qualification is preferred but not essential if you demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
