About the Role
Elevate your career in a prestigious fine-dining environment with Restaurant Associates. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will join an elite brigade of nine chefs delivering exceptional fine-dining experiences, luxury canapés, and premium hospitality events for discerning guests. You will take ownership of your section, leading the production of elegant canapés, bowl food, and event menus while inspiring and developing junior team members.

Your key responsibilities will include running your section confidently during busy, high-volume daytime service; creating and presenting luxury canapés, fine-dining dishes, and event catering to exceptional standards; delivering consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all production; leading by example and supporting the development of junior chefs; working alongside senior chefs to execute seamless, high-quality service; preparing mise en place for premium hospitality events and corporate functions; maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and allergen compliance; managing stock rotation, labelling, storage, and deliveries; and keeping your section organised, efficient, and service-ready at all times.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-end, high-volume kitchen. Strong background in luxury canapés, bowl food, and event-led fine dining. Experience within AA Rosette, Michelin-starred, or luxury 5-star environments. Confident leading a section and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
