About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Cinema Distribution Manager to join the National Theatre Digital Team. The Senior Cinema Distribution Manager is responsible for leading NT Live's global cinema sales and distribution strategy, driving revenue growth, audience reach, and commercial performance. This role provides strategic leadership for distribution activity, builds key exhibitor and distribution partnerships, and works closely with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Data, Production, and Operations to maximise the success and impact of NT Live releases worldwide.

Experience
Significant experience in theatrical distribution and sales, event cinema or a comparable commercial entertainment sector, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial success. Strong commercial experience including negotiating complex agreements and managing high-value partnerships. Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, distributors, industry bodies, and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data, forecasting, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to represent NT Live externally and internally. Motivated to drive commercial success and audience reach. Collaborative and able to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
