About the Role
Reporting to the Luxe Finance Director, you will lead a dynamic brand finance team to drive growth and profitability for L'Oréal's iconic luxury brands. Your key responsibilities include strategic partnering by delivering financial insights to senior stakeholders to guide commercial decisions, establishing KPIs to monitor performance and evaluate investment ROI, managing budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, and internal controls with financial rigor, and leading and developing your team to foster professional growth. Experience
Proven experience as a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Strong analytical, forecasting, and ERP (SAP) skills.

Qualifications
