About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to join our ETF Compliance Advisory team in London. In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our EMEA ETF business, providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance across the full product lifecycle—from new product launches and regulatory change initiatives to ongoing development of our existing ETF range. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Investments to support one of the industry's most dynamic and fast-growing product segments.

Experience
Proven compliance experience within the asset management industry, ideally in an ETF, UCITS, or Compliance Advisory environment. Strong understanding of fund structures, ETF products, and the regulatory framework governing investment funds, particularly in Ireland. Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements. Experience advising business stakeholders on product governance, regulatory change, and compliance matters.

Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
