About the Role
ProServe is a new retail science consulting organization within EU Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), designed to address the most pressing and complex challenges faced by senior leadership of our largest vendors and brands. Starting from the customer's problem, we work backwards to deliver distinctive results that only Amazon can provide, developing science-driven capabilities that create differentiating insight. You will serve clients by developing customer and retail strategies that enable long-term growth through a combination of strategy consulting methodologies, data science, and proprietary transaction data and eCommerce expertise.
As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with senior leaders of major vendors to tackle critical Customer, Product, and Channel eCommerce challenges. You will leverage your customer understanding and industry insight to plan and execute engagements that transform vendor strategy and accelerate business growth. Working closely with our Data Science team, you will prototype custom solutions with potential to scale across hundreds of vendors and influence the market.
As a core team member, you will engage with vendors, team members, and internal and external partners to influence operational approaches, customer service, and future capability investments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply client service skills while expanding knowledge in Product Management, Data Science, and hands-on business ownership within the technology sector.
This is a customer-facing role requiring relevant business travel when needed.

Experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or developing and deploying growth strategies at Executive/General Management level
- Proven track record delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or projects
- Experience communicating complex results to senior leadership
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries in environments with large-scale, complex datasets

Qualifications
