About the Role
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Executive to join our UK team, reporting directly to the Head of Unscripted. This role supports the entire lifecycle of original Unscripted productions, from sourcing to launch and beyond. Based in the UK, you will be part of the team driving the creative development of original content for Amazon MGM Studios. The UK has become a key production hub, delivering award-winning, critically acclaimed, and commercially successful originals including Clarkson's Farm, All or Nothing, and Last One Laughing: UK. You will play a vital role in continuing this momentum by identifying, developing, and shepherding high-quality series from concept through production. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the future of UK original content for a global audience at one of the industry's most dynamic studios.

Experience
Extensive experience in Unscripted development and production, ideally from a major broadcaster, studio, or production company in the UK. Proven creative instincts with the ability to identify commercially viable content that resonates with UK audiences. Demonstrated track record supporting multiple development projects simultaneously. Experience working with top-tier talent and established relationships within the UK television industry. Experience collaborating with departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business affairs, and legal. Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post-production.

About you
Creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Able to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick response or turnaround and solve complex problems efficiently and creatively. Passionate about UK original content and committed to supporting diverse voices and stories.

Qualifications
Experience as a creative executive or producer in series development and unscripted programming. Knowledge of the UK TV landscape is essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the US media landscape and experience developing award-nominated content or content for broadcast networks or streaming platforms.
