About the Role
THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. Our brands and properties division works with iconic brands and rights holders, supporting business growth through all marketing disciplines. We're a trusted partner to every major league, team and venue, building meaningful connections between brands, properties and fans. Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide.
We are a diverse creative services department responsible for delivering award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team — someone organised, calm and collaborative. You will manage campaigns, creative activations and live events, leading a diverse team of creatives, designers and production specialists to ensure flawless execution of projects, events and activations.
You will oversee the smooth running of creative projects from start to finish, managing day-to-day project schedules, creative deliverables, internal meetings and reviews. Working closely with creative and account teams, you will deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, identifying resourcing and staffing needs, project scoping, financial tracking and reporting. You will monitor project risks, proactively identify solutions, conduct and manage internal meetings, and nurture strong working relationships across the agency to encourage collaboration. You will set and define new processes as needed and act as the final checkpoint to ensure quality is maintained across all projects. Communication of project status both internally and externally is essential. Above all, you will be a valued team member who contributes to THE·TEAM’s vibrant culture.
