About the Role
Wise is seeking a Senior CRM Product Communications Strategist to lead and shape the communication strategy for our CRM products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging that drives customer engagement and supports product adoption. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent and impactful communications across all channels. This is a senior position requiring strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer journeys.

Experience
Proven experience in CRM communications or product marketing, ideally within a technology or fintech environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications
