As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that influence strategy, optimise performance, and create tangible business value. This role goes beyond reporting; you will collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, Commercial teams, and the Executive Team to deliver analytics that shape the future of Fora.

Working within the Technology team and reporting into the CIO function, you will analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. You will deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, visualisations, and deep-dive analysis, turning data into clear recommendations that drive growth.

You will champion a data-driven culture by helping teams measure success, track performance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Partnering with Data Engineers and Technology teams, you will support data governance, quality, security, and infrastructure enhancements. Staying ahead of emerging analytics tools and industry trends, you will innovate and challenge existing processes to create value through data.

Experience
- 7+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record as a Senior Analyst in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Skilled in working with large, complex datasets
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience contributing to analytics strategies and roadmaps

Qualifications & Technical Skills
Essential:
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving capability
- Experience with modern reporting and visualisation tools
- Outstanding attention to detail
