As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how people perceive and interact with their environment. You will stay ahead of emerging trends, experience great places firsthand, and bring fresh ideas to the team. Collaborating closely with designers, strategists, account handlers, digital marketers and activation specialists, you will help deliver varied, visible and impactful projects including destination rebrands, major campaigns, new developments, magazines and live events.
You will take ownership of projects from brief to delivery, driving creative direction, challenging briefs constructively and translating strategy into compelling creative work. Your role includes leading presentations, managing feedback, supporting junior designers through mentoring, and maintaining high creative standards across brand, campaigns, placemaking and activations. You will work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and enjoys working together.

Experience
5+ years in a relevant design role, preferably within agency settings. Experience in place, property, retail or destination design is desirable. Degree educated preferred.
Skills & Expertise
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Google Slides and motion design is advantageous. Essential experience designing for digital and social media. Strong typography, layout and visual systems skills. Excellent conceptual and creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail. Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities
Lead brand identity, campaign, magazine and social media content design. Produce window vinyl, POS, presentation, pitch and emailer designs. Artwork for print, signage and wayfinding. Source, brief and edit photography. Manage creative routes from brief to delivery. Contribute to and lead brainstorms. Present concepts internally and to clients. Identify gaps, risks and opportunities in briefs. Maintain brand consistency across channels. Support and mentor junior and midweight designers. Liaise with external suppliers including printers, photographers and developers.
