About the Role
Intermission Film is an award-winning, full-service creative agency with offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and Melbourne. We partner with leading distributors, streamers and broadcasters to create trailers, promos, key art, creative content and socials for films and series that audiences love. Recent projects include Ready or Not 2, Wasteman, Rental Family, Urchin, Black Mirror and The Gentlemen S2.

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead complex and high-value campaigns within our Print team. This role requires managing creative delivery with minimal oversight while guiding junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships. It blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demanding strong creative judgement, commercial awareness and leadership capability.

Key responsibilities include leading creative execution across large-scale or high-profile campaigns, developing and maintaining trusted client and senior stakeholder relationships, managing multiple concurrent projects and supporting resource forecasting, translating briefs into actionable creative direction, leading creative problem-solving across teams, art directing photoshoots, mentoring Designers, Junior Designers and Studio Assistants, and championing workflow improvements and best practice standards.

Experience
Demonstrable design experience in a creative agency environment with a proven track record of leading mid-to-high level projects from concept to delivery.

Strong commercial judgement and understanding of project profitability. Confident client-facing presence with the ability to motivate, guide and elevate creative teams. Consistent professionalism and creative integrity.
