We are looking for smart, thoughtful and detail-oriented Senior Designers who combine exceptional craft with strong conceptual thinking and a passion for creative problem-solving. You will lead projects for major clients, collaborating closely with strategists, client services and fellow creatives to deliver impactful work across annual and sustainability reporting, brand, campaigns, digital experiences and employee communications.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and delivery of annual and sustainability reports from concept through to publication
- Designing and contributing to corporate websites and online reporting experiences
- Collaborating with strategists, designers, writers, developers and production teams to deliver quality creative solutions
- Confidently presenting and articulating creative ideas to internal teams and clients
- Following Radley Yeldar’s creative process to produce strategically strong, idea-driven, beautifully crafted work that connects with audiences
- Maintaining exceptional standards of typography, layout, storytelling and craft across all outputs
- Managing and delivering multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Building strong collaborative relationships across teams and disciplines
- Supporting the growth and creative culture of the team through collaboration, feedback and shared learning
- Inspiring and mentoring junior members of the creative team
- Contributing to creative excellence that strengthens client relationships and Radley Yeldar’s reputation

Experience
- Extensive experience designing annual reports (essential)
- Experience with sustainability or ESG reporting projects and understanding stakeholder communications
- Proven agency or consultancy experience, ideally within corporate or integrated communications
- Strong portfolio showcasing annual reports, sustainability reports and corporate communications work
- Experience designing for both print and digital environments
- Experience designing for and delivering through the Workiva platform is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Figma is advantageous
