About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer to work closely with the Head of Design in managing the design team, which includes a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer and a Graphic Designer. The role involves creating and delivering outstanding design that effectively positions the Globe’s brand and engages audiences. You will translate concepts into a diverse range of collateral across digital and print formats, covering all audience and internal touch points. The Senior Designer will maintain high standards and ensure accessibility in all outputs. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will collaborate closely with the Campaigns, Social Media, Digital Content, and Digital & Data teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design work.

Experience
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally with experience managing or mentoring a design team. Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver high-quality design across digital and print media.

About you
Creative and detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively within a team and across departments. Passionate about brand consistency and accessibility in design. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications
A relevant design qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
