About the Role
Oxford Dynamics is at an inflection point, operating in some of the most complex and high-stakes environments in defence, national security, AI and robotics. The decisions made now will define the company's growth and identity. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with the entire team, trusted with judgment calls, influencing the business and seeing the impact of your work daily. If you are excited by ownership, pace, purpose, and building something that genuinely matters, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge frontier technology.
Founded in 2019, Oxford Dynamics is a fast-growing UK frontier technology company developing digital and physical AI systems designed to operate in dynamic, mission-critical environments. Central to their technology is AVIS™ (A Very Intelligent System), an orchestration platform that fuses multi-modal data including text, imagery, telemetry and sensor feeds to enable operators to interrogate complex information quickly and make better decisions under pressure. AVIS™ powers digital decision products like ORION and physical platforms such as STRIDER and BARBARIAN, used in CBRN operations and explosive ordnance disposal respectively. The company partners internationally with defence and security organisations to protect nations, infrastructure and lives.
