About the Role
The Economist Educational Foundation is seeking a Senior Educational Content Lead on a maternity cover basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of high-quality educational content that supports teaching and learning aligned with The Economist's values and expertise. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to design, develop, and deliver engaging educational resources that inspire critical thinking and global awareness among learners. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a dynamic and supportive environment to contribute to impactful educational initiatives.

Experience
Proven experience in educational content development, curriculum design, or a related field. Experience working within educational charities or foundations is desirable. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Passionate about education and social impact, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications
A degree in Education, English, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred. Additional qualifications or training in curriculum development or educational leadership will be an advantage.
