About the Role
The National Lottery Heritage Fund is the largest funder for the UK’s heritage, with a vision for heritage to be valued, cared for, and sustained for everyone, now and in the future. We believe in the power of heritage to ignite the imagination, offer joy and inspiration, and build pride in place and connection to the past. Our mission is to support and champion the UK’s heritage and demonstrate the transformative potential of National Lottery funding through our new strategy, Heritage 2033. We are currently recruiting for two full-time Senior Engagement Managers, one on a permanent contract and the other on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. This is an exciting time to join the Heritage Fund's London and South area team. The post-holders will manage pre-application support, including advice, professional consultant commissions, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement for our Strategic Initiatives, as well as communications that deliver Heritage Fund’s objectives across its largest grant-giving area. Flexible Working
The National Lottery Heritage Fund champions a flexible approach to working where this supports our business needs. We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office at least twice a week. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings at another Heritage Fund or external office counts as part of those two days. The other days in the week employees may work from home.

Experience
Experience in managing stakeholder engagement and programme delivery is essential.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
