About the Role

This is Day 1 for Amazon's next billion-dollar business. We are seeking an analytically-minded Senior Financial Analyst to thrive in a start-up environment, passionate about technology, with a global mindset, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced settings. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, analytical, and skilled in developing financial models that provide actionable intelligence for business decisions. You will leverage project management skills to support business objectives, work independently with strong attention to detail, and deliver data-driven insights. This role requires the ability to learn and apply new methodologies, including statistical concepts, handle big data, actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis, and help define key business questions by building relevant data sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support direct and indirect enterprise deal negotiations across international markets by developing comprehensive P&L models with scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, pricing analysis including breakeven calculations and NPV neutrality assessments
- Perform partner financial health due diligence and support FX/currency strategy consultation for complex deals, assessing deal viability across regulatory, tax, and accounting considerations in international jurisdictions
- Build and maintain reusable deal model frameworks and standardized templates to ensure consistency across geographies
- Design and maintain financial models to project and evaluate business performance against key goals and metrics
- Actively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate repeatable analysis, and improve model accuracy
- Support OP1, OP2, QBR, and Long Range Planning processes for International Leo B2B and B2C operations
Experience
- Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Qualifications
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
