The Finance team plays a critical role beyond managing books by partnering with global cross-functional teams to support the growth of this rapidly expanding network. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will leverage data analysis to provide your partners and leaders with the most up-to-date and reliable information, enabling the best possible financial decisions. Your impact will extend beyond the bottom line of the Fulfillment Centre to enhancing the overall customer experience.
You will join a passionate team focused on numbers, data, and generating insights to improve the business. As trusted business advisors, we collaborate closely with partners to ensure leaders have a holistic financial perspective and make sound decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost reduction opportunities by linking operations and financials and understanding cost structures to make thoughtful judgments in ambiguous environments.
- Earning the trust of business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions that improve business performance and reduce costs.
- Owning financial and operational planning processes to produce challenging yet solid operational plans and managing all month-end procedures including variance analysis across actuals, plans, and forecasts.
- Proactively supporting knowledge sharing within the team and across divisions while standardizing processes across EU teams.
- Working independently by partnering with your manager to prioritize high-impact activities and deprioritize less impactful ones.
Experience
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles or delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or projects.
- Proficiency with large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Power Query, Python, or advanced Excel skills including macros, indexes, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups.
- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Preferred fields of study include Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Experience troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues is advantageous.
