About the Role
Global Fleet and Products are seeking a Senior Fleet Experience Manager to lead the development of new products and enhance existing ones to improve the experience and productivity of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the EU. You will be responsible for expanding our listening mechanisms for partners to ensure we provide the best level of service. This includes innovating new feedback capture methods and building programs to remove key pain points. You will also launch new and exciting value-added services.

As Senior Fleet Experience Manager, you will drive the performance of Global Fleet and Products (GFP) services offered to DSPs. This requires influencing multiple functions within GFP to ensure products and services add value to our partners. You will work closely with finance to identify cost opportunities, business leaders, product managers, program managers, and counterparts across the DSP Program organization. Collaborating on cross-organizational projects, you will define how GFP projects impact DSP operations to deliver the best end-state products and drive change when defects arise.

Success in this role requires a strong customer obsession, excellent project management skills, and effective communication. You will influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. A typical day offers opportunities to innovate by building creative solutions to partner challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, report, and act on customer feedback data to identify and drive service improvement opportunities
