This Senior FP&A Manager role is a high-impact finance leadership position central to LoopMe's commercial decision-making. Reporting to the VP Finance - FP&A, you will own the delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and the long-term business plan, working closely with the CFO and CEO. You will lead a team of three analysts and act as the primary finance business partner across the organisation, translating data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include producing consolidated monthly management accounts, leading financial reviews with senior leadership, partnering with business unit leaders to improve financial performance, building board-level reporting and KPI frameworks, collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations on pipeline and revenue forecasts, driving AI tool adoption to enhance financial analysis and process efficiency, and managing your team’s output quality and development.
Experience
Essential ACA, CA, or ACCA qualification
Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to independently build and interrogate complex models
Proven experience delivering core FP&A outputs including budgets, forecasts, and management accounts in a fast-moving business environment
Experience using AI tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, or process efficiency
Confidence presenting financial performance and variance analysis to CFO, CEO, and board-level stakeholders
About you
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or developing a small team of analysts (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence senior stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and insight-driven financial management
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Qualifications
ACA, CA, or ACCA qualification is essential
Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
Background in AdTech, SaaS, or a PE-backed high-growth business is desirable
