About the Role
As a Fraud Analytics Specialist within the Fraud Analytics team at JPMorganChase, you will develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. You will leverage analytics to support fraud products, operations, and financial crime initiatives, ensuring the safety of our customers and the bank. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate fraud strategies into operational impact while maintaining compliance and upholding regulatory standards. Your contributions will foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of fraud strategies and rules to effectively detect fraudulent activities, conducting analytics to support fraud products, operations, and financial crime efforts, and working closely with second line fraud risk teams to ensure the effectiveness of models, rulesets, and strategies. You will also ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and control frameworks by using data to confirm regulatory standards are met and share best practices across JPMorganChase.

Experience
Proven experience in fraud processes and products is essential. Experience working with fraud risk teams and supporting fraud operations through analytics is highly desirable.

You possess superior written, oral communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Master's degree in numeric or STEM-related fields such as statistics, computer science, or data science. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL or Python is required.
