We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in a managed service environment. You will support and enhance a diverse range of applications and ecosystems, operating within an L2/L3 support function to ensure the reliability of business-critical systems. This role involves owning business-as-usual operations, participating in a rostered out-of-hours support rota, and contributing to continuous improvements and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple programming languages, strong cloud platform expertise, and a solid understanding of cloud-based architectures, enabling versatility across a broad and evolving technology landscape.

Experience
- Performing business-as-usual operations including bug fixes, feature enhancements, patching, package upgrades, secret rotations, certificate renewals, and infrastructure upgrades
- Managing and resolving complex L2/L3 incidents
- Conducting root cause analysis and post-incident investigations
- Maintaining and updating runbooks and operational documentation
- Participating in an on-call rota including out-of-hours incident response
- Mentoring mid-level and associate engineers

About you
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, NodeJS, or C#
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices
- Comfortable with on-call and out-of-hours support responsibilities
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset

Qualifications
- Experience with highly available architectures is desirable
- Knowledge of MSSQL, Postgres, or other relational database systems is a plus
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React.js is advantageous
