About the Role
We’re Lemon Yellow, a creative communications studio headquartered in Miami with 20 years of experience. We believe good design doesn’t need to shout to be heard. We create work that’s clear, clever, and quietly confident—the kind that stands the test of time. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, someone who knows their way around a grid (and isn’t afraid to break it), who has ideas big, small, and brilliantly unexpected, and can bring those ideas to life with craft, clarity, and just the right amount of confidence and precision.

In this role, you will lead brand identity projects from concept to completion, build smart and compelling presentations that make the work sing, and present your work with confidence and clarity both internally and to clients. You will welcome feedback and thoughtfully distinguish between what’s asked for and what the work truly needs. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with writers, strategists, and other designers to push ideas further. You will apply sharp thinking and design craft across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints, bringing fresh ideas, a curious mind, and a positive attitude to every project. Efficiency is important, but never at the expense of craft—you’ll speak up if a little more time means a lot more impact.

Bonus skills include motion design or an interest in learning it.

Experience
5+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of type, layout, and systems thinking. Excellent working knowledge of Figma in addition to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Conceptual thinker with the ability to articulate your ideas clearly. Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way). Collaborative team player who brings positive energy to the room. Comfortable presenting work confidently and welcoming feedback constructively.

Qualifications
Strong conceptual skills and design craft across multiple touchpoints including digital, print, and environmental. Bonus: motion design skills or interest in learning motion design.
