About the Role
Join Soar With Us as a Senior Growth Strategist, acting as a trusted external growth consultant to some of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce brands. You will work closely with founders and leadership teams, diagnosing business challenges from first principles and setting the growth agenda. Unlike traditional agency roles, you will bring a consultant’s perspective, leveraging cross-portfolio insights and commercial rigour to drive measurable business outcomes. Supported by a 130+ person agency managing £100M+ in annual ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google, you will lead growth strategy across a small portfolio of premium, high-growth eCommerce brands where growth strategy sits at board level.

You will own performance and growth strategy, build and lead growth roadmaps tied to revenue, acquisition, efficiency, and profitability targets, and diagnose opportunities across creative, conversion, offer positioning, and budget allocation. Working alongside Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative teams, you will ensure strategy translates into commercial success. You will lead strategic conversations with founders and commercial leaders, delivering insights and recommendations that drive action.

Brands in your portfolio include premium beauty and personal care brands, challenger D2C brands scaling internationally, and high-growth subscription food and health brands. You will be expected to deliver outcomes such as significant revenue growth, customer acquisition improvements, and efficiency gains.

This role requires a proactive, commercially minded strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.

Experience
- 3+ years managing paid media campaigns on Meta with proven DTC/eCommerce brand experience; Google and TikTok experience is a strong plus.
- Deep expertise in Meta as the primary growth channel and strong knowledge of Google, TikTok, and the wider performance marketing ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Proven ability to diagnose performance challenges using data and recommend strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at founder/leadership level.
- High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, and eCommerce analytics tools.
- Strong AI fluency and enthusiasm for AI-powered workflows.
- Experience collaborating closely with paid media, creative, and growth teams.
