Salary
From £16.32 (£18.30 including holiday pay) per hour for Head Waiters and Cocktail Bartenders, depending on experience and role. Junior staff start from £13.85 (£15.50 including holiday pay) and seniors from £14.79 (£16.50 including holiday pay). All pay rates are in line with the London Living Wage.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for talented and ambitious individuals to join the exceptional front-of-house team at Rocket Food – London’s leading luxury caterer and specialists in remarkable events, weddings, and private parties. We are seeking experienced senior waiting staff and event bartenders to join our outstanding service team. Our reputation, built over 25 years, is founded on delivering glamorous parties in some of the country’s most prestigious venues.
The role involves a mix of service areas tailored to your existing skills and development goals. Responsibilities include exceptional senior food service, managing the kitchen pass during canapé receptions, leading teams for dinners, providing high-end wine service at bespoke dinners, and senior bar service on either the champagne or cocktail bar. You will work predominantly at client events in London, with occasional assignments across the UK and abroad.

Experience
2-3+ years hospitality experience within luxury restaurants, venues, or events, either in the UK or abroad.

Qualifications
Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certification.
