About the Role
Euromonitor International is a global leader in data analytics and market research, providing insights that empower organisations to make bold, strategic decisions with confidence. The Senior HR Business Partner will support the Regional HR Director, EMEAI, in executing HR strategies and initiatives across the region, focusing on strategic HR support to various departments and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of HR expertise and hands-on experience managing strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic, matrixed organisation.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of the global HR strategy across EMEA and India, collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams across multiple locations including Vilnius, Bengaluru, Düsseldorf, Dubai, and Cape Town. The role involves coaching managers to enhance leadership capabilities, driving organisational effectiveness, supporting leadership development initiatives, and fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement. Additionally, the Senior HR Business Partner will ensure compliance with local labour laws while aligning with global HR policies, utilise HR metrics to inform decisions, and build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HR role within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices across EMEA and India.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Qualifications
