This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent role, based out of our London office.Whilst this post is office based - we know that work is something you do not just a place you go.At Mencap we give office-based colleagues and teams more flexibility about where the work is done. We would love to see you at the office 1-2 days per week. As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will be delivering the Individual Giving strategy by managing a range of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for growing our supporter base through acquisition activity and cultivation of audiences already warm to the charity, and for building donor loyalty in order to encourage continued giving.
