About the Role
As Senior Influencer Communications Manager for L'Oréal Paris, you will build and drive the love advocacy strategy to increase brand engagement and mentions, meeting Share of Influence (SOI) targets. You will identify and implement the brand's seeding and relationship strategy to drive mentions and engagements at scale, from micro-influencers to VIPs. Leading an eventing strategy unique to L'Oréal Paris, you will drive SOI results and manage the Mother brand strategy to support key brand calendar moments such as Cannes, International Women's Day, and Defile to enhance brand equity.
As the brand guardian, you will oversee and approve all brand events and external communications, including creative mailers and press releases, ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will use data and internal reporting tools to track influencer metrics and overall brand performance, analysing SOI data to maximise ROI and inform year-to-go plans. Your decisions will be insight-driven, utilising tools such as IRM, Archive, and Talkwalker.
Excelling in stakeholder management, you will work closely with marketing, social and content leads, and senior leadership including CDMO and CPD Head of Advocacy to align love advocacy with brand and category objectives. You will nurture key relationships with talent, influencers, agents, MUAs, ambassadors, and cross-functional business teams such as legal, scientific, corporate and internal communications.
In addition, you will manage and inspire two Advocacy Brand Managers, guiding the day-to-day implementation of the brand strategy and fostering their professional growth.
