About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award-winning lettings team in Wapping. This is an exciting opportunity to become established within a business embarking on a new chapter of sustainable and ambitious growth. You will be responsible for consistently achieving monthly and annual personal targets through collaboration with other team members. Key duties include meeting and striving to exceed personal targets, registering applicants and recording key requirements from telephone and face-to-face meetings, arranging and conducting viewings, issuing offer confirmation letters capturing all agreed terms, attending market appraisals when required, and updating property particulars. You will also work closely with the Lettings Manager to generate new business opportunities, grow and develop existing clients, and support presentations to potential clients. A strong understanding and fascination with the property market, gained through local knowledge and experience, is essential.
