About the Role
The Senior Licensing Manager (Maternity Cover) is responsible for delivering the Premier League’s licensing programme, managing key licensee relationships and driving commercial performance. This role owns the development of high-quality licensed products that maximise fan engagement and revenue for the Premier League and its Clubs. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day relationships and contract management across Premier League licensees such as PUMA, Topps, Avery Dennison, Football Manager and Rezzil. You will work closely with licensees to set and track commercial objectives that support revenue growth, ensure contractual rights and obligations are met, and provide regular royalty and revenue updates with performance insights to senior leadership.
In addition, you will collaborate with licensees and internal brand teams to shape product roadmaps, ensuring innovative and high-quality outputs aligned with the Premier League brand. Identifying new product categories and licensing opportunities across growth areas is also a key focus.
As team manager, you will oversee the licensing team’s daily operations, supporting Licensing Managers to achieve objectives aligned with business goals, managing external agencies, consultants, and budgets. You will also manage stakeholder relationships between licensees, clubs, and internal teams on all licensing matters.
