About the Role
Prime Video brings together the world's best creators with passionate communities, offering a multi-dimensional entertainment experience across TV series, movies, live sports, and more. We are building a theatrical marketing localization group and seek a Senior Localization Producer to bring deep subject matter expertise to the team. Reporting to a Localization Production lead, you will collaborate closely with Theatrical Marketing, Studios Marketing, and Amazon Studios Production and Mastering teams.

In this creative production leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of localized audio/visual and print marketing materials for Amazon Originals films and series, ensuring the highest creative and technical standards for global audiences across 240+ countries and territories. You will manage the creative localization pipeline—from asset acquisition and adaptation through casting, recording, mixing, quality control, and final delivery—preserving the creative intent and quality of the original campaigns while ensuring resonance with local audiences.

As the primary creative production liaison between Amazon Studios Production, Studios Marketing, and third-party localization vendors, you will provide creative oversight and technical expertise across dubbing, subtitling, artwork adaptation, and versioning workflows. This role requires expertise in localization production pipelines, A/V finishing processes, and creative adaptation, advocating for quality creative output while managing high-volume deliverables against demanding global release schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce localized marketing campaigns for Amazon Originals series and films, overseeing dubbed/subtitled trailers, TV/digital spots, audio assets, key art, and metadata across multiple languages and regions
- Oversee creative adaptation and finishing of A/V marketing materials through the localization pipeline, ensuring preservation of creative intent
- Provide creative quality oversight, evaluating dubbed performances, subtitle accuracy, artwork adaptation, and overall fidelity to source campaigns
- Manage vendor communications and supervise creative development through contracted partners including dubbing studios, subtitle vendors, and artwork adaptation houses
- Direct third-party creative talent via vendor partners to achieve highest quality localized output
- Manage end-to-end production timelines, asset acquisition, and workflow tracking from source receipt through adaptation, production, QC, and final delivery
- Build and maintain production asset trackers and vendor asset management systems
- Ensure content security protocols are upheld throughout production
- Oversee quality control of all localized deliverables, troubleshoot creative and technical issues, and drive resolution
- Assess customer feedback on localized asset quality and implement systemic improvements
- Own localization production budget in conjunction with Business Operations, manage billing, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor spend
- Identify production efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality
- Collaborate with Studios Marketing, Finishing Producers, and regional marketing points of contact to align creative intent, asset readiness, and localization timelines
- Serve as the bridge between upstream creative processes and downstream localization execution to deliver a globally consistent customer experience

- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience writing business strategy documents and plans
- Experience with international versioning and dubbing workflows
