About the Role
The role sits within the London-based Finance department, working in the AUM, Revenues & Commissions team. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete and accurate reporting of the Group's assets under management (AUM) and net revenue. This role provides senior-level ownership of AUM and margin reporting — two of the most critical metrics for the Group — with accountability for ensuring the integrity, quality, and strategic relevance of outputs delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include owning the Group's AUM reporting framework, ensuring accuracy and completeness of revenue calculations, and maintaining a deep understanding of the Group's AUM profile, fund structures, investment exposures, and margin dynamics. The role involves reviewing quarter-end, interim, and year-end reporting deliverables and leading the preparation and presentation of AUM and margin analysis to senior Finance leadership.
The Senior Manager will drive production and quality assurance of daily AUM flash and weekly flow projections for the Executive Committee, act as deputy for the Head of AUM & Margins and Net Revenue, and provide insight and analytical support for external reporting and shareholder communications. The role also requires partnering with investment management and sales teams on AUM and revenue-related matters and leading engagement with the Finance Business Partnering team on monthly management reporting.
Leadership responsibilities include championing continuous process improvements leveraging automation, AI tooling, and machine learning, providing guidance and development to team members, and leading ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives impacting the AUM, Revenues & Commissions team.
The role also involves financial control activities, troubleshooting issues, and proactively questioning existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
