About the Role
THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. We're a trusted partner to every major league, team and venue, building meaningful connections between brands, properties and fans. Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide.

The Senior Manager will take on a key role within our Motorsport team, responsible for developing and implementing events, hospitality programmes and brand experiences both at and away from the track, supported by junior team members. Reporting to the Director, Motorsport Events, you will manage partnership events and hospitality planning aligned to client requirements including audience profile, objectives, budget, and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include implementation of partnership events and hospitality programmes in collaboration with rights holders and sister agencies, supplier and budget management, client reporting, and evaluation of event performance with actionable recommendations. You will oversee all event-related deliverables across partnership activations and core account management tasks such as merchandise management, contractual asset monitoring, and status reporting to maximise asset usage.

Role-specific duties include managing key relationships with clients, rights holders and suppliers, delivering best-in-class client events and activations that reflect the core client narrative, striving to meet client KPIs, and seeking cost-saving opportunities. You will also manage and approve spending of direct reports, promote conflict resolution within the team, and maintain regular communication with senior leadership to ensure consistent delivery of client goals and best practices.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the collation and management of Motorsport events documents, proactively sharing relevant partner news, managing relationships with key events suppliers in F1 and the wider motorsport network, and developing clear internal and external presentations and reports.
