About the Role
This newly created Senior Manager role reports to the Group Head of Tax Reporting and Compliance and has arisen due to increased compliance and reporting demands following acquisitions and regulatory changes, alongside expanded advisory and M&A tax work. You will oversee global income tax provisions under IFRS, manage forecasting and reporting cycles, and drive readiness for new reporting requirements including Pillar Two tax compliance. The role involves coordinating international tax compliance, providing proactive tax advice on cross-border matters, supporting acquisitions, integrations and restructurings, and acting as a key tax advisor to senior finance, legal, treasury, and commercial teams. Collaboration with external advisors and internal tax teams is essential to maintain strong governance and deliver technical updates. You will also support the development of junior team members and contribute to the wider Group Tax team.
Experience
Significant experience in Corporate Tax and Tax Reporting within an international environment, gained from both practice and industry. Proven expertise in tax advisory work, exposure to Pillar Two tax rules, and experience supporting cross-border acquisitions and integrations.

Confident and effective communicator at all business levels, able to explain complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and build strong relationships. Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset. Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Highly motivated team player with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
Qualified ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
