About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Media & Communications Manager to join Citizens UK. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic media and communications campaigns that amplify our mission and impact. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling narratives, manage media relations, and enhance our public profile. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of a leading community organising charity and drive positive social change through effective communication.

Experience
Proven experience in media and communications management, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing media strategies, managing press relations, and delivering impactful campaigns.

About you
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively and lead projects independently. Passionate about social justice and community organising. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in media, communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
