The opportunity: Crown House Technologies, the specialist MEP delivery unit of Laing O'Rourke, is currently recruiting an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dagenham.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all commercial aspects of major MEP packages within a fast-paced environment, including specialist mechanical, electrical and public health subcontractors.
- Providing full commercial, contractual and financial management to achieve project profit, cash flow and margin targets on data centre delivery.
- Planning and supporting complex data centre MEP delivery, ensuring best practice across procurement, commissioning, and subcontract management.
- Leading commercial activities across pre-construction and construction phases.
- Managing commercial resources supporting high-value, fast-track data centre MEP delivery programmes.
- Supporting development of commercial team members and strengthening capability within data centre project delivery teams.

Experience
- Strong knowledge of contracts in complex project environments.
- Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying from a specialist MEP subcontractor or main contractor.
- Background in high-value, fast-paced project environments, ideally data centres or critical infrastructure.

- Proven ability to lead commercial delivery in complex MEP projects.

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Member of RICS or working towards achieving MRICS status is preferable.
