About the Role
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? Princess Alice Hospice is seeking a compassionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Hospice at Home team, supporting patients with specialist palliative care in their own homes.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Assess and manage a specialist community caseload.
- Deliver personalised occupational therapy interventions.
- Promote independence, wellbeing and a rehabilitative approach to care.
- Work closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Recommend and review specialist equipment to support safe care at home.
- Contribute to education, audit and service development activities.

Experience
Community and multidisciplinary team experience is essential. Experience in palliative care, oncology or neurology is desirable.

About you
Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload. Compassionate and motivated to make a difference in specialist palliative care.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. HCPC registration. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
