Join the Partner Growth Marketing team (Fuse) at Amazon, where we build the future of Amazon subscriptions globally. This team enables partners across multiple verticals to resell subscription services including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, and more.
In this role, you will work with Amazon partners across Europe, focusing on expansion and emerging markets such as Poland, Netherlands, and Belgium. You will have a direct impact on end customers by maximizing acquisition and retention through existing and new customer segments and offers. This position requires willingness to travel.
We seek an experienced, self-directed, and high-energy growth marketing innovator to lead successful partner launches and drive strong customer adoption, engagement, and retention. You will build, measure, and optimize results-oriented marketing programs in a fast-paced environment with ambitious timelines. Your work will include launching new partners and managing ongoing campaigns focused on growth and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate has a builder/start-up mentality, thrives in ambiguous situations, and is passionate about delivering great consumer experiences across digital and physical spaces. This role reports to the Head of Fuse in the EU, based in London, and is accountable for delivering team and partner goals that drive new customers and sustained engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against an annual forecast of Prime and Prime Video subscriptions driven by partners.
- Dive deep into data to extract insights that drive strategy and lead partner performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact delivering performance and growth insights to internal stakeholders.
- Set clear strategies and plans to grow partnerships, understanding opportunity headroom.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets, leveraging automation to streamline efforts.
- Work closely with partners to understand their customers, business operations, goals, and marketing approaches.
- Own end-to-end delivery of partner launches and subsequent growth marketing efforts.
- Manage ideation, execution, and analysis/reporting of campaigns including schedules, approvals, and asset setup.
- Develop scalable mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Create ongoing marketing programs to promote services and drive customer engagement and retention.
- Continuously optimize partnerships from launch through sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability and communication frequency.
- Lead integrated go-to-market plans with multiple partners across business verticals.
- Build ongoing communication channels with partners.
- Partner with Business Development leads on pitches, proposals, and B2B communications.
- Experiment with new ways to drive partnership success.
- Share best practices and scale programs globally.
A Day in the Life
Partner Growth Managers are partner-facing and manage extensive internal and external stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include customer segmentation strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns with third parties, tracking and reporting actionable insights, negotiating marketing commitments, leading complex promotional initiatives, and collaborating with marketing and tech teams to deliver automation and customer experience enhancements.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B2C partner-focused growth marketing across industries such as mobile, telecommunications, retail, financial institutions, film, media, music, television, or gaming.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with ability to identify actionable learnings.
- Experience analyzing end-to-end customer experience flows to improve CX.
- Effective communication with senior management internally and externally.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-partner relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns focused on growth and performance marketing.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in integrated partner marketing within mobile/telecom, subscriptions, entertainment, financial institutions, or sponsorships.
- Experience in global or centralized marketing leadership roles.
- Passion for video content (film and television) is a plus.
- Proven ability to create innovative programs around entertainment content that generate results.
- Experience working across multiple European countries.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
