Location
This role can be based in any of our locations: Leeds, London or Bardon. Hybrid working with 2-3 days a week at your relevant place of work. Monthly travel required to our other sites to support stakeholders. Travel expenses covered to your non-place of work location.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm). Flexibility may be required ad hoc to support stakeholders.

Salary
£40,000 - £50,000 plus annual bonus up to 10%.

About the Role
You will be our Senior People & Talent Partner for M&A and Reward, leading all people activity from due diligence to integration. You will lead reward and compensation across the Pharmacy2U Group, shaping a consistent and scalable total reward strategy. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive engagement, build capability and support change, operating with high autonomy and aligning People initiatives to business priorities.
This role offers wide organisational exposure, leading cross-functional people and reward projects and collaborating with the Head of People, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, the Chief People Officer and other People Partners. You may also support the development of People Partners as the organisation grows.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the dedicated M&A People & Talent Partner, leading people and talent aspects of acquisitions end-to-end including due diligence, TUPE, consultation, integration planning and post-acquisition support to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
- Leading and supporting reward activities such as pay reviews, bonus schemes, pension, health cash plans and life assurances, ensuring alignment with the reward framework and a fair, consistent and transparent approach.
- Ensuring fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied, maintaining compliance with employment law and fostering a great place to work.
- Leading and partnering on projects to develop and implement relevant policies and procedures, educating employees and managers on their interpretation and application.
- Providing ad-hoc talent acquisition support during critical acquisition peaks.
- Advising your team and stakeholders on complex employee relations cases using your expertise.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Driving and implementing performance reviews, supporting continuous feedback planning and introducing progression frameworks.
- Partnering with management teams to identify learning interventions and collaborating with the Development & Wellbeing team to deliver relevant training solutions.
- Supporting management teams in identifying the right team structures and recruiting great talent aligned to business needs.
- Supporting the shaping of People Plans, identifying growth areas and hiring needs.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles within partnered businesses.
- Supporting salary benchmarking and annual pay reviews.
- Accountability for onboarding new managers to ensure they are set up for success.
- Supporting the Head of People with budget management and other projects.
- Utilizing people data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Partnering with business areas to support the full employee life-cycle including absence management, performance management and family friendly leave requests.
- Providing support for business inductions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Managing team members if required by organisational structure.
- Championing Pharmacy2U’s culture and values.

Requirements

Experience
Strong experience in a similar Senior People Partner or HR Manager role, preferably in a high growth, fast-paced business environment. Demonstrated experience in M&A activity and reward. Proven ability to manage employee relations for large teams, including investigations, disciplinary, grievances and performance matters, including complex cases.

A keen eye for spotting opportunities to improve processes and the initiative to implement changes.

Qualifications
A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
