About the Role
As Senior Performance Media Manager for L'Oréal's Dermatological Beauty Division, you will be accountable for delivering an annual performance media revenue target and ROI. You will drive the planning and execution of mid and lower funnel media plans alongside an always-on performance media strategy to fuel ecommerce growth across owned websites and retail partners. Managing the ACD UKI always-on paid performance budget, you will collaborate with agencies and retailers to ensure positive return on ad spend across campaigns and support the management of growing media budgets.
Using analytics and working closely with agency partners, you will identify and analyse channel, audience, creative, and retailer performance to inform inflight optimizations and future planning. You will partner with marketing, commercial teams, and retailers to execute holistic, full funnel media campaigns and strategically roll out initiatives. Monitoring wider marketing strategies (online and offline), you will build integrated, consumer-first media plans that grow market share. Experience with social media strategy and tactics (TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta) is preferred.
In your role as 2P / Retailer Media & Category Eventing Lead, you will manage LDB retailer media relationships (THG Media & BMG), negotiate plans to drive revenue, channel executions, and customer strategy. You will grow skincare market share via retailer category eventing by agreeing investment levels, channel mix, and leading media execution for 2P levers. You will deliver always-on transactional media strategy leveraging retailer CRM audiences and customer segmentation to drive growth and retention.
For Services, 1P & DTC, you will define and accelerate the 1P acquisition strategy via media, reviewing performance for sustainable database growth. You will test and inform 1P media activation strategies leveraging retailer, owned CRM, and cookie data to deliver efficient, relevant consumer-first campaigns. You will support delivery of services discoverability and grow service interactions and engagement via media.
In Media Innovation, you will lead the affiliate channel, manage agency relationships, define commission levels, tenancy activations, and negotiate performance plans across ACD UKI. You will scope and execute quarterly performance tests across brands, launch new channels, and analyse data to identify trends and insights. Additionally, you will support and manage the development of junior team members, including direct line management and upskilling within the division.

Experience
Proven experience in managing performance media strategies and budgets, preferably within ecommerce and retail environments. Strong background in mid and lower funnel media planning and execution. Experience working with agencies and retailers to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI. Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Meta is preferred. Experience leading affiliate marketing channels and managing agency relationships.

Qualifications
