About the Role
As a Senior Philanthropy Officer at Young Minds, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with donors and supporters to secure funding that enables us to continue our vital work supporting young people’s mental health. You will be responsible for identifying new fundraising opportunities, managing donor communications, and working closely with colleagues to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause within a passionate and dedicated team.
Experience
Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or a related field is essential. Experience managing donor relationships and delivering successful fundraising campaigns is highly desirable.
About you
You are a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a passion for mental health and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people. You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in fundraising, communications, or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory. A strong track record and relevant experience will be highly valued.
