About the Role
To be successful in the DSP Pricing Manager role, you must bring deep experience in rate structures, cost models, and market economics, paired with strong core pricing, financial modelling, and analytical skills that enable you to build and own pricing models driving business decisions. Equally critical is logistics domain expertise—understanding how cost drivers behave in delivery and transportation networks—and proven commercial stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence business leaders, communicate complex pricing strategies to non-technical audiences, and navigate trade-offs across operations and finance teams.
At Amazon, we strive to be the most customer-centric company on earth. One way we achieve this is by delivering packages quickly and accurately worldwide. To meet this goal, Amazon continually innovates and provides best-in-class service by pioneering new products and offerings in the last mile delivery space.
The rapidly growing EU Central DSP Management team works across European countries to optimize end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to customers. We are looking for a candidate ready to roll up their sleeves and own strategic programs and initiatives using core analytical and project management skills. The projects you will own will directly influence how we pay our DSPs and drivers across the entire European network.
Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone highly enthusiastic, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams to solve ambiguous challenges. You must be able to effectively engage with stakeholders across various teams and locales to drive actionable solutions to unique challenges. The ideal candidate will have the experience and passion to drive our payments program.
Core responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, shaping how we compensate delivery partners across Europe
- Developing processes and mechanisms to address existing shortcomings and enable scalable growth
- Conducting root cause analysis to understand the financial health of delivery partners and developing scalable processes for these analyses
- Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

Experience
- Owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
- Program or project management experience
- Pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation experience including building cost models, scenario analysis, and unit economics

About you
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence business leaders and explain complex pricing strategies to non-technical audiences
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for driving payments programs and process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred: Master's degree
- Preferred: Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics (last-mile delivery), including understanding route economics, driver labour costs, fleet operations, or delivery network dynamics
- Preferred: Experience leading process improvements
- Preferred: Familiarity with GenAI and dashboard tools
