This maternity cover fixed-term contract role, starting September 2026, sits within an established team of passionate experiential marketers and project managers. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who can hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment both in the office and on-site globally, and manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance. Bringing a wealth of expertise and recommendations from the world of Experiential and Events, you will lead the production and delivery of integrated campaigns, live events, broadcast and show productions, content initiatives, and digital, virtual or hybrid experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects from briefing through execution and post-project evaluation, developing scopes, budgets, proposals and schedules, serving as a primary client contact, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing all project planning and documentation, managing budgets end-to-end, securing production and technical resources, managing talent and entertainment, coordinating stakeholder approvals, overseeing content post-production, identifying and mitigating risks, and attending and leading project, production, rehearsal and event days including regular international travel.

Experience
- 8+ years' experience in experiential, live events, broadcast, sports presentation, content production or a related agency environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing budgets, proposals and project plans.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns, experiential activations, content productions and live event projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the sports and/or entertainment industries; sports presentation experience preferred.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, extensive relevant experience and a proven track record in experiential and live event production are essential.
