About the Role
The Senior Product Associate - Client Platform plays a key role in enabling customers to discover investing products and complete onboarding successfully across web and mobile platforms. The position focuses on improving conversion, activation, and ensuring safe operation within a regulated environment. You will support the delivery of reusable platform capabilities that product teams rely on to build consistent customer experiences at scale. This includes working across Customer Platform, Customer Identity and Access, and Customer Communications and Document Management, covering customer identity and profile data, consent and privacy, authentication and MFA, as well as notifications, documents, and regulatory communications that keep customers informed.

You will support the development of Client Platform product strategy by translating objectives into actionable roadmaps, structured backlogs, and clear outcomes that enhance onboarding and ongoing customer experiences. The role involves running structured discovery across customer, business, operational, and data inputs to define prioritized hypotheses, clear requirements, and MVPs for reusable platform capabilities.

As the owner of a prioritized backlog, you will write concise user stories and acceptance criteria, manage dependencies, and sequence work to maximize reuse and impact across consuming teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Controls, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, and other product teams to align on scope, trade-offs, delivery plans, and outcomes.

Supporting delivery execution through testing, operational readiness, controlled change management, and production support is essential to ensure platform capabilities are resilient, reliable, and compliant. You will monitor key funnel and platform metrics across conversion, activation, reliability, and controls, using insights to continuously improve customer journeys and platform performance.

About you
- Strong analytical skills to incorporate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into product decisions.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across multiple teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, Controls, Compliance, Risk, and Privacy.
