About the Role
Join JPMorganChase as a Senior Product Associate within Client360, a dynamic team focused on unifying client data and delivering enterprise-wide insights to support business transformation and operational excellence. In this hands-on, execution-oriented role, you will translate business needs into clear delivery artifacts and coordinate cross-functional execution across product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders. You will drive scalable, resilient, and stable product capabilities by managing disciplined requirements, backlog hygiene, end-to-end testing coordination, and operational readiness practices.
As part of Client360, you will support priority initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and business adoption, partnering with product, technology, and business leaders to implement data- and AI-enabled commercial solutions for executives, team leads, and frontline bankers. Your work will help define the business experience with a focus on process optimization, data-driven insights, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Product Owners to convert stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, owning and maintaining the product backlog aligned with strategic roadmaps, tracking key success metrics such as cost, risk posture, and reliability, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance processes and platforms. You will also leverage analytics, including machine learning and AI, to derive actionable business insights and anticipate future requirements across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business initiatives, projects, or transformation programs.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
- Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Track record contributing to large-scale business integration and analytics projects.
- Understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business innovation.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics and CRM.

Qualifications
