About the Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join us ASAP for an initial six-month contract. AND Digital is a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and closing the digital skills gap. Since 2014, we have helped organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams through close regional partnerships known as Clubs. Our unique model has driven remarkable organic growth, with over 1,500 people across the UK and Europe and plans for global expansion.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work across discovery and delivery phases, co-owning discovery with Product to understand customer problems, business goals, and opportunities. You will design customer-facing mobile app experiences, using research and insight to inform your decisions. Your role will involve creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity app designs, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences using an existing design system while evolving it as needed.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers to shape requirements, align on solutions, and support smooth delivery. This role requires a strong design culture contributor who communicates design thinking clearly to stakeholders and maintains high organisational standards in Figma.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Strong background designing customer-facing mobile app experiences
- Skilled in discovery and delivery phases, including usability testing, journey mapping, and problem framing
- Expertise in translating customer insights and business priorities into effective design solutions
- Strong UI, interaction, and visual design skills with proficiency in user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Experience working with design systems and evolving them based on app-specific needs
- Ability to simplify complex journeys and optimise features considering customer needs and delivery constraints
- Collaborative team player with experience working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers
- Highly organised in Figma with strong file hygiene, clear naming, versioning, and component usage
