About the Role

As a Senior Product Expert, you will act as the technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, ensuring effective product lifecycle management and compliance from raw materials through to the final product. You will lead product lifecycle management activities to ensure product robustness and compliance, oversee product changes including new products, process improvements and transfers, and conduct product risk assessments, validation and control strategy development. You will also lead investigations into quality events, implement CAPAs, manage projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise across products, processes and sites. Additionally, you will support regulatory documentation and change control to maintain high standards and compliance.

Experience
- Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulated (GxP) environments
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes
- Experience in data analysis, research methods and risk management
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. ICH guidelines)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
