About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager, Telematics to lead the vision, roadmap, and global execution of our telematics product portfolio. This senior individual contributor role carries significant cross-functional influence and is responsible for shaping how connected vehicle technology powers fleet safety, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency across our last-mile delivery network. Based in London or Luxembourg, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, vendor governance, and large-scale program delivery, driving outcomes across EU and global markets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities include owning the multi-year telematics product strategy and roadmap aligned with global fleet and last-mile delivery objectives across EU and international markets; leading end-to-end product development from discovery through scaled deployment, including requirements definition, prioritization, and executive stakeholder alignment; defining and governing contractual relationships with telematics vendors, including commercial negotiations, SLA frameworks, performance accountability, and contract renewals; establishing vendor governance mechanisms to ensure delivery against contractual commitments, data quality standards, and operational KPIs; partnering with engineering, data science, legal, and operations teams to deliver telematics capabilities such as real-time vehicle tracking, fault diagnostics, driver behavior monitoring, and predictive maintenance; driving adoption of telematics solutions across Delivery Service Partner networks and internal fleet operations at scale; defining, tracking, and reporting on key product metrics to continuously improve outcomes; leading market and competitive analysis to identify emerging connected vehicle technologies and integration opportunities, including direct OEM integrations; ensuring compliance with regional data privacy and regulatory requirements including GDPR and EU-specific frameworks; and communicating product strategy, roadmap progress, and business impact clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience managing feature delivery and tradeoffs
- Previous experience as a product manager or product owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Background in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
