About the Role
Methods Business and Digital Technology is on a mission to improve and safeguard public services by applying digital tools and ways of working that centre services around citizens and communities. We partner with central and local government clients to support the successful delivery of digital and technology services, working collaboratively to solve problems and enable long-term digital transformation.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an expert in product management tools and techniques, supporting and coaching others while working closely with Methods’ senior product managers and wider teams. You will foster an environment of knowledge sharing, best practice, and continuous improvement, ensuring all team members have a valued voice.
Your role will include owning the vision and strategy for multiple products or a single complex, high-risk product, developing product strategies and artefacts to communicate plans and secure stakeholder buy-in. You will champion user needs by translating them into clear product strategies, gather and analyse data to inform decisions, and lead services through lifecycle stages following GOV.UK Service Manual standards.
You will actively participate in the Product Community of Practice, contribute to people management activities including performance reviews, coach product managers to support their development, and assist in recruitment efforts. Representing Methods within client work, you will promote our product management approach and brand, driving growth and success.
We value a supportive and collaborative culture where learning from mistakes is encouraged, and having fun is part of the journey.
